Do you think aromatherapy really works?
You know how some stores have candles, Lotions, sprays, etc. that are supposed to relieve stress, help you relax, because of the scent. Do you think that it really helps?
that’s the diluted stuff. You need the real stuff. I use the Essential Oils neat, despite the warnings. I use them in my own oils (almond, sweet almond, jojoba, glycerin, unscented lotions, etc). I use them in a diffuser with very little water while burning.
I use them on my clothes.

sometimes I just sniff them right from the bottle.

for insomina – clary sage, lavender
