Is hot water with lemon and honey good during a cold?
I have a cold again, surprise surprise! 
I just eaten a banana, and acidophilus strawberry yoghurt and washes down it with a glass of water. And now I’m having lemon/honey hot water, because I got really paranoid that the banana and the yoghurt made it worse.
Am I doing it right? I’m trying to get rid of it fast.
Hot water with lemon and honey is good for your throat and voice. if you’re losing the ability to communicate, it’s a lifesaver. I would definitely stay away from yogurt or anything dairy-related. It creates more mucous and that’s the absolute LAST thing you need if you’ve got a cold!
