How do I make homemade hand sanitizer?
I would like to make my own hand sanitizer that I can spray on my hands. What ingredients do I need to make an effective liquid hand sanitizer? What Essential Oils are effective disinfectants? Would isopropyl alcohol and essential oils mixed together be enough?
here the recipe of homemade hand sanitizer—
Step1 First, get a large bowl. Then, pour in about 1 cup of aloe vera gel. Then, mix in one teaspoon of rubbing alcohol.
Step2 Next, add about 2 teaspoons of vegetable glycerin and 10 drops of tea tree essential oils. Make sure to mix well. After you are done mixing, pour the mixture into a large container to store. You can reuse old sanitizer containers as well.
Step3 You can add more or less aloe vera gel depending on how thick or thin you want your hand sanitizer to be. Remember, using hand sanitizer to replace soap and water is not good. Wash your hands with soap and water, and use hand sanitizers when soap and water are not available
